Bruce Norris is an American actor and playwright associated with the Steppenwolf Theatre Company of Chicago.

His plays include: Downstate (Steppenwolf, 2018; National Theatre, 2019); The Low Road (Royal Court Theatre, 2013); Clybourne Park (New York, 2010; Royal Court Theatre, 2010); The Pain and the Itch (Steppenwolf, 2005; Royal Court Theatre, 2007) and Purple Heart (Steppenwolf, 2002).

His play Clybourne Park won the 2011 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

Luke Norris is a writer and actor. His writing credits include: Growth (Paines Plough UK tour, 2016); So Here We Are (HighTide/ Festival and Manchester Royal Exchange, 2015; winner of the Bruntwood Prize Judges’ Award, 2013); Hearts (National Theatre Connections); A Puzzle (Site Specific piece for the Royal Court); Goodbye To All That (Royal Court Theatre, 2012) and Borough Market (Edinburgh Fringe).

Rufus Norris is a British theatre and film director. He has been Director of the National Theatre, London, since 2015.

Lynn Nottage is a double Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and screenwriter. Her plays include: Clyde's; Mlima's Tale; Sweat (winner of the Pulitzer Prize); By the Way, Meet Vera Stark; Ruined (winner of the Pulitzer Prize); Intimate Apparel; Fabulation; Crumbs from the Table of Joy; Las Meninas; Mud, River, Stone; Por'knockers and POOF!

Nottage was the recipient of the 2010 Steinberg Distinguished Playwright Award, a MacArthur Foundation 'Genius' Grant, the Dramatists Guild Hull-Warriner Award, the inaugural Horton Foote Prize for Outstanding New American Play (for Ruined), the Lee Reynolds Award and the Jewish World Watch iWitness Award. Her other honours include the Madge Evans and Sidney Kingsley Award, the National Black Theatre Festival's August Wilson Playwriting Award, the 2005 Guggenheim Grant for Playwriting, the 2004 PEN/Laura Pels Award, and fellowships from the Lucille Lortel Foundation, the Manhattan Theatre Club, New Dramatists and New York Foundation for the Arts.

She is a co-founder and producer at Market Road Films LLC, a film production company.

Lizzie Nunnery is a scriptwriter and songwriter working in theatre, radio and film.

Her first stage play Intemperance (Liverpool Everyman, 2007) was awarded five stars by the Guardian and shortlisted for the Meyer-Whitworth Award. Narvik (Box of Tricks Theatre, UK tour, 2017) was shortlisted for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize and won Best New Play in the UK Theatre Awards. It was described as a ‘thrillingly enigmatic memory play’ by the Guardian.

Other work includes the co-written verbatim play Unprotected (Everyman/Traverse Theatre, 2006, winner of the Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award), The Swallowing Dark (Liverpool Playhouse/Theatre503, 2011), The Sum (Everyman, 2017), The People Are Singing (Manchester Royal Exchange, 2017), The Snow Dragons (National Theatre, 2017) and To Have to Shoot Irishmen (Almanac Arts, UK tour, 2018).

Her radio drama series, Daphne: A Fire in Malta, was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 in 2019. Lizzie is also a singer and musician, collaborating with composer Vidar Norheim.

Simon Nye is the BAFTA-winning creator of hit television series The Durrells and Men Behaving Badly. His play The Crown Jewels was premiered in the West End in 2023.

Andy Nyman is an actor, writer and magician.

He has appeared in many films, including Severance, Death at a Funeral, The Commuter, Judy and Jungle Cruise. He won the coveted Best Actor Award at the 2006 Cherbourg Film Festival for his performance in indie movie favourite Shut Up and Shoot Me.  

On television he has played an incredibly diverse range of roles, including Winston Churchill in Peaky Blinders, Jonty de Wolfe in Channel 4's cult comedy Campus, and Patrick in Charlie Brooker's BAFTA-nominated series Dead Set. Andy has also appeared in many plays, including Martin McDonagh's Hangmen and Mike Leigh's Abigail's Party in London's West End, and Stephen Sondheim's Assassins and the lead role of Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, both at the Menier Chocolate Factory.

Andy has co-created and co-written many of Derren Brown's television and stage shows alongside Derren. Together they created some of the most notorious and popular TV of the past years, including Russian Roulette, The System, The Heist and The Events, including predicting the National Lottery result. Andy has also co-written and directed most of Derren's stage shows, including Something Wicked This Way Comes, which won them the 2006 Olivier Award for Best Entertainment, and Secret, which won them a 2017 New York Drama Desk Award. Andy has also invented many very popular magic tricks which are performed by magicians the world over. His book of collected magic effects, Bulletproof, was published in 2010. 

In 2010, along with Jeremy Dyson, Andy wrote and directed the stage play Ghost Stories. It broke box-office records at theatres and led to two West End runs of thirteen months each, and productions all over the world. In 2018 Andy and Jeremy wrote and directed the feature film version of Ghost Stories, which starred Andy, Martin Freeman, Alex Lawther and Paul Whitehouse. It received incredible reviews worldwide and was 'Certified Fresh' on Rotten Tomatoes.

His books The Golden Rules of Acting and More Golden Rules of Acting are published by Nick Hern Books.

As a drama teacher and consultant for the Toronto District School Board, Debbie Nyman has been involved in the development of many curriculum documents at the board and provincial level. She is also an instructor of the Dramatic Arts Additional Qualifications Program at OISE/UT., Toronto. She is the co-author of Drama Schemes, Themes, and Dreams, a secondary book for Drama Teachers.
