Many of our titles are already available in both print and ebook formats, but if you have any specific access requirements, we'll do our best to provide you with a format that works for you (in line with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988, the Disability Copyright Act 2014, and the Marrakesh Treaty).

Delivery
What do you charge for postage and packing?

What if my order contains a title that is not yet published?
We will dispatch any 'not yet published' title as soon as it becomes available. Please note that publication dates shown on the website are subject to change without notice (though we will notify you of any substantial delay).
If your order also contains titles that are currently available, we will dispatch them separately to you straight away, at no additional cost.
Ebooks
Do you publish ebooks?
Yes, we publish ebook editions of many of our titles. They are available to buy from most ebook retailers, and also from this website.
Ebooks bought from this website can be read in the Glassboxx app, which is free to download to any device or computer, on online via the Glassboxx Browser Reader. For more details, visit our Ebooks Help page.

What happens when I buy an ebook from your website?
Shortly after the purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your ebook(s) will then be available in the Glassboxx app, or in the Glassboxx Browser Reader. You will need to log in using the same email address you used to purchase the book.

How can I pay for items on your website?
At checkout you have the choice of paying via PayPal or WorldPay. Both accept a wide variety of payment methods, and you don't have to open an account in order to pay.
I'm a teacher, can you invoice me?
Yes. If you are a teacher, lecturer, course leader or other staff member at a UK educational institution, you can choose to have your order dispatched with an invoice. Your book(s) will be sent to your institutional address. Please choose 'Invoice Me' from the Payment Options page at checkout. You must include a Purchase Order Number if your institution requires one to authorise payment.
Permissions
Can I reuse copyright material from your books / website / blog?
Ordinarily, yes. But if the material you want to use is in copyright, you must first seek permission. Please see our Permissions page for more details.

Will you give my personal details or email address to anyone else?
No. We guarantee we will not pass on your personal information to others.

Refunds and Returns
Can I return books I bought from you and receive a refund?
Yes, you can cancel any order you placed with us, so long as you inform us that you wish to do so within 14 days of receiving your books.
In order to receive a refund for the amount you paid for the books, you must return them to us in mint condition, at your own expense – you have another 14 days to do this, from the date you informed us of the cancellation of your order. We will provide you with a returns address when you cancel your order. You should retain proof of posting until your refund has been received.
