General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
From 13 December 2024

For the purposes of the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Nick Hern Books is considered the 'manufacturer' of our products. You can read more about this regulation here.

We carry out an annual risk assessment of all of our products, and hold safety certificates/certificates of compliance from all of our key suppliers (principally, book printers located in the United Kingdom) who produced them.
