TEMPORARY DISRUPTION TO WEBSITE ORDERS – APRIL 2024
We’re currently in the process of moving all of our books to a new warehouse, which is causing temporary disruption to the availability of some titles.
Our website remains open for orders, but please note it may take longer for your books to reach you than the timescales outlined below. If your order looks like it will be significantly delayed, we’ll be in touch via email to offer further support. Website orders for ebooks and A4 editions will continue to be fulfilled as normal throughout this period.
If you need your books urgently, it may be worth checking another retailer.

Orders for delivery within the UK
Most orders for physical items (such as paperbacks, hardbacks and CDs) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, while larger orders may be sent via tracked courier. If your order includes A4 spiral-bound editions, these are dispatched direct from the printer and so will arrive in a separate delivery from any other items in a different format.

Orders for delivery within Europe
If you're ordering from Europe, your order will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 15 working days for your books to arrive; if your order has not arrived by this time, please contact us by emailing info@nickhernbooks.co.uk or calling 020 8749 4953.
EU countries: If you are ordering printed books via our website for delivery to an EU country, please be aware that, due to EU regulations, you may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee before you can receive your parcel. For more information, please contact us here.
ORDERS TO IRELAND TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
We're currently experiencing customs issues with customer parcels sent to Ireland, including items being returned to us undelivered.
We continue to explore solutions, but in the meantime have temporarily paused accepting orders for delivery to customers in Ireland whilst we work to resolve this issue.
We're sorry for any inconvience this may cause. Our books remain available from other outlets in Ireland and online, and customers in Ireland can also continue to buy ebooks from this website.
