Sanaz Toossi

Sanaz Toossi is an Iranian American playwright and screenwriter from Orange County, California. She was awarded the 2023 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for her play English (Linda Gross Theater, off-Broadway, 2022).

In addition to writing for the stage, Toossi's television work includes Five Women (Marielle Heller/Big Beach), A League of Their Own (Amazon), and Invitation to a Bonfire (AMC).
