Cast Sets
It is a requirement of the performing rights licence that you purchase a cast set of playtexts for the play you are performing. You do not need to buy them direct from Nick Hern Books, but if you do we offer a 20% discount and free UK postage and packing.
A cast set comprises a sufficient number of copies for everyone in the cast to have their own copy, plus any additional copies required for the director and any members of the crew.
Please note that it is against the law to photocopy scripts without a licence, including for the purposes of performance.
To purchase your cast set through us, place your order via this website, selecting ‘Invoice Me’ from the payment options at checkout and enter ‘cast set’ in the box for notes. If you are ordering copies for a school or other educational institution, please supply a purchase order number with your order if your finance department requires one on the invoice.
