Felicity Jackson

Felicity Jackson attended The Court Theatre Training Company, where she gained a BA (Hons) in Acting. After graduating, inspired by her fellow thespians, she founded Surviving Actors Ltd, and within a year, she founded Casting Days Ltd. Initially launched as a dedicated acting showcase company, it has evolved and secured a continuing relationship with StarNow to support their UK casting professionals, as well as running affordable workshops for actors.

Felicity is best known for her appearance in Series 7 of BBC’s The Apprentice, where she beat 72,000 people to reach the final sixteen candidates. She continued to excel above the other candidates before being ‘fired’ in week four.

Michael R. Jackson

Michael R. Jackson is an American playwright, composer, and lyricist, best known for his musical A Strange Loop, which won the 2020 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 2022 Tony Award for Best Musical.

He was named Best Composer, Lyricist or Book Writer at the 2023 Stage Debut Awards.

Stephanie Jacob

Stephanie Jacob is a writer and actor. Her first play, Harry’s Window, about sibling rivalry among the over-eighties, had readings at the New Ambassadors, Soho Theatre and the National Theatre Studio, where Stephanie has subsequently been a Writer-on-Attachment. The Quick, about restorative justice, was produced at the Tristan Bates Theatre, London. Her radio play, A Night Visitor (BBC Radio 4 Afternoon Drama), won the Writers’ Guild Best Radio Drama Award. As an actor, Stephanie has worked at the National Theatre, the RSC, in repertory and touring theatre, and in the West End.

Derek Jacobi

Derek Jacobi is an acclaimed British actor. On screen, his best known work includes I, Claudius (for which he won a BAFTA), Gladiator and The King's Speech. A founding member of the Royal National Theatre, he won a Tony Award in 1983 and Evening Standard Award in 1984 for his performance in Much Ado About Nothing, and an Olivier Award in 2009 for Twelfth Night.

Branden Jacobs-Jenkins

Branden Jacobs-Jenkins is an American playwright. He won the 2014 Obie Award for Best New American Play, for his plays Appropriate and An Octoroon. His play Gloria was a finalist for the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Other credits include: The Comeuppance (Signature Theatre, Off-Broadway, 2023; Almeida Theatre, London, 2024); Everybody (Signature Theatre); War (LCT3/Lincoln Center Theater) and Neighbors (The Public Theater).

A Residency Five playwright at Signature Theatre, his recent honors include the MacArthur Fellowship, the Windham-Campbell Prize for Drama, the Benjamin Danks Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the PEN/Laura Pels International Foundation Theatre Award, the Steinberg Playwriting Award, and the Tennessee Williams Award. He currently teaches in the Hunter College Playwriting MFA Program.

Daf James is an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, composer and performer working across theatre, radio television and film in English and Welsh.


Trilby James

Trilby James trained as an actress at RADA and has worked extensively as an actor in theatre, film and television. She has also worked as a freelance director and teacher at several leading drama schools, including ALRA, Arts Educational Schools, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, East 15, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Manchester Metropolitan University and RADA, where she is now an Associate Teacher. She is a script reader and dramaturg for Kali Theatre Company, and has directed several play-readings for their 'Talkback' seasons. She edited the Contemporary Monologues and Contemporary Duologues books in the Good Auditions Guides series from Nick Hern Books.
