Our Emails

New Titles and Updates emails

Regular emails about new and upcoming publications from Nick Hern Books – including fantastic plays by today’s most exciting writers, as well as fascinating theatre reads, and practical guides to support your own work and career. We’ll also share details of author events, competitions, productions of NHB-published plays, exclusive discounts and more.

These round-up emails are usually sent about once per month, plus you’ll also receive occasional additional emails about particularly exciting publications or news updates.

Plays to Perform emails

Regular emails about plays available to license for amateur performance from Nick Hern Books’ Performing Rights Department. These emails might include exciting new releases, themed selections of NHB-licensed plays (perhaps focusing on a particular genre, cast size, or topic), as well as details of author events, competitions, productions of NHB-published plays, exclusive discounts and more.

These emails are usually sent about once per month, plus you’ll also receive occasional additional emails about particularly exciting rights releases and news updates.

Other emails

You can also sign up to receive emails about the NHB Playgroup (our play-reading and discussion community, which is currently on hiatus) and events run by NHB. These emails are sent as and when we have something to share, but would usually be no more than a few times each year.
